kensalqueenspark.com is an informal network of volunteers aiming to help our local charities with profile-raising and fundraising. We also want to support our independent high street businesses.
We're not a registered charity or formal organisation. We don't take any money from anyone. The idea is simple: the more of us that can come together to volunteer ideas and support the stronger our community becomes.
Among the 30+ local charities supported so far include Laurence's Larder, Sufra NW London, Kensal Rise Library, Salusbury World, Cricklewood Library, Elders Voice, Willesden Mutual Aid Foodbank, Brent Foodbank, Granville Community Kitchen, Brent Centre for Young People, millionandon. and several local schools including QPCS, Malorees, Salusbury, Ark Franklin, Princess Fredericas and Queens Park Primary.
Local businesses that have so far kindly supported include The Moberly Sports Centre, The Maqam, Cuore Italian Deli, The Lexi, Ida Restaurant, The Parlour, Scarlett & Violet, Daniels Estate Agents, Kensal Pines, Steeps One Shot, Gym Locomotive, bagsoflove.co.uk, Lizzie B PT, Mariangela PT & Mindful Kids.
